Add any Everence jewelry or tattoo
products to your cart. When prompted, “Do you have a Source Collection Kit?" select "YES."
2. Enter Your Source ID Code.
The DNA cheek swab and screw top collection container, located inside your collection kit, are each labelled with a source ID code. This code is your unique identifier for your order. Please be sure to enter the complete source ID code.
3. Repeat For Any Additional Products.
You can use the same Source ID Code for multiple products.
